Salvador - Dia 2

 Continuamos em Salvador para mais um dia agitado dessa viagem!

Acordamos cedo e fomos direto fazer um city tour! Passamos por lugares símbolos da cidade soteropolitana, como o Farol da Barra e a beleza de sua praia( uma vista simplesmente linda!), Ladeira da Barra, Pelourinho e suas cores, Igreja de São Francisco de Assis, Mercado modelo ( onde aproveitamos para reabastecer a mala com souveniers) , Igreja Nosso Senhor do Bonfim, Elevador Lacerda.

Passear por Salvador é sempre bom, mas com o grupo Nordeste 3 é melhor ainda!
Contagiados pela alegria da cidade, todos os jovens tiveram um dia super agitado e pra cima!
Nosso grupo é formado por muitos intercambistas que moram no sul do Brasil e todos sabemos que a diferença entre Bahia e Sul é notável, e claro que isso não passou batido por nossos jovens.

Todos adoraram a cidade de puderam ver um pedacinho da África no Brasil , muitos disseram que " dentro do Brasil, existem 1000 países" , o que é a mais pura verdade . Andar por Salvador não é apenas alegria, é também aprender (muito) de nossa história , entender o porque de alguns costumes brasileiros e presenciar a linda miscigenação presente no nosso país !

Na parte da noite tivemos nosso tão esperado SHOW DE TALENTOS! Onde cada uma cantou, dançou, interpretou e mostrou algo de seu país ! Sim, o Nordeste 3 tem talent e MUITO! A noite foi muito divertida e cheia de risadas!

Para finalizar, tivemos a atividade do "Abraço", onde todos se emocionaram !

We continued in Salvador for another hectic day on this trip!

We woke up early and went straight to a city tour. We passed for symbolic places of the soteropolitana city like Farol da Barra and the beauty of its beached (a simply breathtaking view), Ladeira da Barra, Pelourinho and its colors, São Francisco de Assis Church, Modelo Market (where we took the chance to fill our bag with souvenirs), Nosso Senhor do Bonfim Church, Lacerda Elevator.

Walk around Salvador is always good, but with the Northeast 3 group is even better!
Infected by the city’s happiness all the youngsters had a super hectic and up day.
Our group has many exchange students who live in the South of Brazil and we all know that the difference between Bahia and the south is noticeable, and of course that didn’t go unnoticed by our students. 

Everyone loved the city and could see a little piece of Africa inside Brazil, and many said that “inside Brazil there’s a thousand countries”, what it true. Walking around Salvador is not only happiness, is also learning (a lot) about our history, understand why of some Brazilian traditions and live the beautiful mix that is present in our country.

At night we had our so anticipated TALENT SHOW, where everyone sang, danced, acted and showed something from their home country. Yes, Northeast 3 has A LOT of talent! The night was really fun and full of laughter!

To end it all we did the “Hug” activity that was really emotional for everyone.

Salvador - Dia 1

"Quem bom que você chegou, bem vindo a Salvador!"

 " Sorria, você está na Bahia !"

Isso mesmo gente, estamos em Salvador!! Capital da Bahia de todos os santos!

Logo após sairmos da Praia do Forte, fomos para a cidade, mais precisamente, ao Pelourinho.

Chegando lá, todos ficaram encantandos comas cores e a beleza do lugar . Nosso destino era o Teatro Miguel Santana, onde assistimos ao espetáculo do Balé Folclórico(infelizmente não era permitido tirar foto do show), nele os intercambistas aprenderam um pouco mais sobre a cultura dos Orixás e a cultura afrobrasileira, presente de maneira muito forte na Bahia.

Todos ficaram muito entusiasmados com o programa cultural !

Algumas pessoas do nosso grupo tiraram fotos com os dançarinos do grupo que se apresentou. E para fechar com chave de ouro fomos surpreendidos com uma amostra de show de batuques em uma das ladeiras do Pelô!

That's right everyone, we're in Salvador. Capital of Bahia of all saints!

Right after we left Forte Beach we went to the city, more accurately to Pelourinho.

When we got there everyone was amazed by the colors and beauty of the place. Our destination was the Miguel Santana Theater, where we'd watch the Folkloric Ballet performance (unfortunately we were not allowed to take pictures of the show), where the students got the chance to learn a bit more about the Orixás culture, and the afro-Brazilian culture, that has a strong presence in Bahia.

Everyone was really enthusiastic about the cultural program!

Some people in our group took pictures  with the dancers that were part of the group that did the performance. And to end it all wonderfully we were surprised with a sample of drumming performance on the "Pelô" hills!

Praia do Forte - BA / PROJETO TAMAR

Olá  pessoal! Estamos de volta ao estado da Bahia, dessa vez na Praia do Forte para visitarmos o Projeto Tamar e conhecermos as especies de tartarugas marinhas que existem na costa brasileira.

Lá pudemos aprender um pouco mais sobre cada especie ( existem 5 na região) e vê-las ao vivo e a cores! Muitos intercambistas gostaram e aproveitaram a visita pois são animais que dificilmente são vistos e seus países de origem!

No Projeto Tamar vimos também a fase de crescimento das tartarugas, tivemos o prazer de ver especies em fase inicia até a adulta!

Com certeza, um programa que ficará na memória de todos!

 

 

Hello everybody! We are back to the state of Bahia, this time in Praia do Forte to visit the Tamar Project and know the species of sea turtles that exist in Brazilian coast.

Here we could learn a little more about each species (there are 5 in the region) and see them live and in color! Many exchange students liked and enjoyed the visit as are animals that are rarely seen and their home countries!

In Tamar also saw the growth phase of the turtles, we were pleased to see species in phase starts to adult!

Surely, a program that will be remembered by all!

DUNAS E STANDUP PADDLE EM NATAL

Olá pessoal!

Estamos na capital do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal , e o dia de hoje foi muito divertido para o grupo Nordeste 3!

Pra começar o dia : Com emoção ou sem emoção??? Sim, exatamente isso que todos estão pensando! Não há como vir à Natal e não fazer o passeio de buggy nas belissímas dunas da cidade nordestina ! Todos aproveitaram( e adoraram) esse momento da viagem! Puderam apreciar a linda vista e claro...contar com muita adrenalina! Após esse passeio, fomos até a praia de Jenipabu , onde alguns dos jovens jogaram futebol e também tivemos um breve almoço, pois mais diversão estava por vir!

Fomos para a praia Ponta Negra para praticarmos Standup Paddle ! Lá , tínhamos uma vista linda dessa região da cidade, ficamos no mar até o sol se pôr e acompanhamos o começo do anoitecer potiguar ! Realmente algo de tirar o fôlego!

 

Após um dia tão bem aproveito, voltamos ao ônibus da Terra Brasil para irmos ao hotel e descansar , já que amanhã teremos um dia também agitado!

Hi everyone!

 

We're on Rio Grande do Norte capital's, Natal and the day today was really fun for our group.

 

To start the day: with emotion or without emotion? Yes, it's exactly what everyone's thinking! There's no way to come to Natal and take the incredible buggy ride on the beautiful dunes of this northern city. Everyone enjoyed (and loved) this moment of the trip! They got to appreciate the beautiful view and of course get lots of adrenaline! After this ride we went to Jenipabu beach, where some people played soccer and also where we had a quick lunch, so more fun was to come.

 

We went to Ponta Negra beach to practice Standup Paddle! There we had a marvelous view of this part of town, stayed on the sea until sunset and beginning of nightfall. Something to really take your breath away.

 

After such a nice day we went back to Terra Brasil's bus to go to the hotel and get some rest, because tomorrow we will also have a busy day!
